LANSING and BAY CITY, Mich. — Viridis Laboratories, Michigan’s leading provider of cannabis safety testing, has expanded by bringing on eight new employees at both state-of-the-art laboratories in Lansing and Bay City to meet the state’s growing demand for high quality cannabis testing.

The Lansing lab welcomes Zach Ardnt, EJ Kipp, Sydney Record and Elyse Vischulis as lab technicians. Tom Hardwood and Tim Schrank joined the staff as a field technicians and David Bondy is the lab’s newest scientist. The Bay City lab welcomes Brandon Lucius as a field technician.

Viridis employs 44 highly trained technicians, scientists and support staff members at its Bay City and Lansing labs where nearly 67% of the state’s adult-use and medicinal cannabis flower products are tested. Field technicians work with cannabis manufacturers to safely collect samples prior to their arrival at the lab for a variety of testing — including potency, microbial and terpene analyses.
